    I'd prefer just to make my own (electronics geek). Plus, 220 volts is nothing, the shock that you get from rubbing your feet on the carpet is near 20,000 volts. If you would say the amperage I might be convinced to risk exposing lighter fluid to air and blowing up my fingers. If you really want a jolt build a Van de Graaf generator.
