      Kung Fu, Kong Fu, Gong Fu are all "correct" because this is a Chinese martial art. Chinese does not use letters so there is no "correct" spelling of Chinese words. It all depends on which form of Romanization is being used.

      Using the official Hanyu Pinyin Romanization which China standardized on in the 1979 to replace Wade-Giles, CPMR, Zhuyin and a few others however you would be correct with Kung Fu.

      You are right when it comes to "Gong Fu" being an alternative to "Kung Fu" along with "Gung Fu" as said below but "Kong Fu" is completly incorrect and has never been used except by ignorent T**ts . Thats like trying to spell Jeet Kune Do like "Jit Koon Du" makes you sound like a F**king hillbilly. I bet even Bruce Lee would bitch slap you for spelling it "Kong Fu"

    The kicks and staged fights were cool and impressive, however wall-climbing isn't very difficult to do, neither is jumping down. The only trick is landing on the balls of your feet/toes and allowing your knees to bend a bit. Landing on the balls of your feet takes away the shock to your back and spine that you'd experience if you hit your heels, and allowing some give in your knees reducing almost all impact.

      Kung fu is just a general name but this is not acrobat. Judging by the way he dresses, the type of buildings in the backgound, and the style he is most likely a taoist martial artist These people have strict lifestyle and has to practice spiritual theories and philosophies.

      you have to realise that mma fights are choreographed... every match you watch in ufc they already know whos going to win. i know becuase ive been teaching mma for the past 10 years and ive had my share of fights with kung fu students. just try looking up like super foot wallace or bruce li then youll know who im talking about.

      uhh... no i teach Krav Maga one of the most realistic mma style's there is. I wasen't putting down mma no far form it i was just stating the truth because ive met and fought in a lot of mma tournaments and matches and have scene what the producers of ufc, k1 and pride fight are doing.
