Yoga practitioner Janny Altz teaches a free, waterfront yoga class in the middle of bustling downtown Miami. Altz gets up to 100 students per class in the bandshell of the open-air venue. Altz uses ashtanga yoga appropriate for beginners, to advanced, to seniors in this Wednesday evening class.
