Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission issued a statement that Vice-president Cheney did not commit a crime in shooting a lawyer. No license is required for shooting lawyers in Texas. Also no season and no bag-limit. The law says you should not kill them using a motor vehicle, however, but if you accidentally do so, move the carcass off the road before going to the car wash (they're full of s___ and very messy).

A 9 shell tube is just one without a stop in it. This particular gun is a street-sweeper and they are legal if they were registered as a collector's item prior to the ban.

You're right about the collectors item thing, but then you should also know that street sweepers didn't have injection molded casing. It's an AA-12, designed for special forces in close quarters urban combat.

try loading some shotgun shells into a rifle and tell us what happens.

Shotguns are a weapon that will easily strike a target regardless if it is aimed perfectly or not. In this case, its a perfect application for a semi-automatic weapon and is very effective. ( its not automatic , despite the title of the video )

is right...the AA12 is semi and fully automatic. Check the MAR site for specs.

It's got 2 modes, semi-automatic, which you hear at first, and fully-automatic, which you hear later.

shotguns have a pretty short effective range (unless you use slugs), but at close range you can't miss.

soldiers don't carry empty drums and boxes of shells, they load up their clips and drums before setting out. it's no less useful than any shotgun (heavier and more expensive i assume though) and would probably be used in the same situations, like the ones you said.

more ammo to carrie slow you down. But in a firefight spraying the jungle is a nice feeling knowing they can't come up for air. Then came the M-50 good for cutting down the trees their behind.
