A guy puts a wallet with money in the middle of the street and then draws a red circle around it. Surprisingly nobody even touched it , are there no thieves left around... wtf?

A spent .45 cartridge...

the reason that this works is that if there is any obvious attention being drawn to something, people know that it something is up. If you put a ring around it, it is obvoiusly there for a purpose, it isn't accidently there

its fake
the text says it was over an hour worth of film time, but if pay attention to the shadow from the flower bed in the back ground it doesnt move any, this was a loop of about 10-15 min of film. Kidin, i just wanted to see what it is like to be one of those jak-asses thats think everything is fake. makes me feel all nerdy, like i cant get a woman b/c i sit at teh computer all day looking at videos
