the reason that this works is that if there is any obvious attention being drawn to something, people know that it something is up. If you put a ring around it, it is obvoiusly there for a purpose, it isn't accidently there

Well, for your surprise it's actually filmed in Romania in the city of Cluj

the text says it was over an hour worth of film time, but if pay attention to the shadow from the flower bed in the back ground it doesnt move any, this was a loop of about 10-15 min of film.
