      Try jogging, swimming, climbing, any sort of intense workout for at least 45 minutes.

      hi blake,

      is there a fixed plan (including pictures on how to perform the various exercises) that i can print out?? coz it's quite difficult to follow through the exercises purely based on the videos... i heard that cardio should be done after weights right? is there any scientific basis? hmm.. how many times should i do cardio a week? also, maybe you would like to point out some mistakes people would make when doing these exercises? thanks!! await your reply! thanks once again..

      BlakelyAdams.com which will have a written formula along with pics and vids. If your goal is mass workout then run, if your trying to slim down before you gain mass run first. I advise cardio every other day for an hour or atleast 45 min if your trying to loose wieght, If your just trimming up, try twice a week. I will go over some common mistakes too. Most likely on my page when I get it up and running eta jan 1st 08. thanks blake

    Hi Blake, great video and great idea too. You seem to be pretty clued up on health & fitness etc, do you have a ny advice for building up running speed. I have a goal of 2.4km in 9.5 min. Any advice would be greatly aprreciated! Thanks and keep up the good work!

    • I would suggest you try sprinting a

      distance you feel comfortable with like 50 meters then walk 20 meters and then sprint 50 meters again over time remove the walk, or increase the sprint distance.
      Another suggestion is running with weight for a while. Same principles as a baseball donut on a bat. Thanks Best Regards Blake Adams
