                        numbers. People can often go far past there goals. To set a goal to break i would do 4 sets of 50 reps. Now if you can still do more after 50, push it! Thats where the real work gets done. However don't get sad if you only manage 25, after all you are starting out. best regards blake adams

                          into my development. I like to workout in the morning so i can give my all to growing before i get tired from the days events. An hour is a good start, I usually go as long as i can with as many reps as i can so it can take a while on good days. On bad days, i might be sick or tired i just take it easy.                           I hurt my abs doing all those excercises in this video, i think its because its a lil bit hard out when i did it. Ummm, when u hurt ur muscle (bcoz of over trained maybe), should i take a rest for a while until the pain is gone or do i just keep struggle to excercise?

                          workout. If the muscle hurts, now you need rest and protien so that it can reapair. Give it atleast one day if not two depending on how sore they are the following day. this is true with all the muscles in your body. thanks best regards blake adams

                                  an excellent training program that will leave you with a model physique. Click on my name and check out my page I have near 20 video's that outline a number of workouts. Diet, I always advise soy protien. It's great for lowering the BMI when used as a replacement meal.                                   Be really careful with soy man... too much of it is NOT good. It increases estrogen levels in the body. This can create an excess in women (which is not good at all) and men really don't need it.

                                  It really depends on how intense your workout is and the duration of time. Try increasing your cardio to get your BMI low enough for your abdominal muscle to show. Its hard to give an exact time period without meeting you. Best Regards Blake Adams

                                  I don't know what happened. Last year I dropped 25lbs. Started lifting weights and depending on the exercise doubled or tippled how much I could lift (hey I was so weak I could barely lift 10lbs).

                                  I love to add some of my favorite tunes to any workout. Change the way you think about working out. Don't think of it as work, more of a special time in the day you get to escape fom the pressure of the world and focus on your own temple.                                   I have a 6 pack too, I just like doing sit ups, twisted sit ups, crutches, leg lifts, and doing the legs lifted 6 inches off the ground while doing flutter kick (swimming), i'm mainly a swimmer. :]
