    can anyone tell me why my video is choppy with no sound? i uploaded it in mov format would a diffrent one be better? source file works on my computer with no problems...

    • Problem Fixed

      Problem had been fixed Metacafe had to recompress the file so it wasnt something i did. on another note is it just me or does the guy in the blue shirt look like Michael Rapaport (played "Remy" in the movie Higher Learning)
