    Me and my buddy made a couple things like that a few years ago. We got pissed at how not straight the rockets went sometimes so we started putting 3-4 pieces of tape from a tape measure along the sides, they were disigned to hug the engine and then pop out into fin form after it left the barrel, it worked wonderful. Next you need to make an engine magazine and figure out a multi-use built in igniter.
