http://www.MassageWellnessLife.com/ - Elizabeth Laurino from Massage Wellness Life joins Action Rider Tack to answers one of our viewer's questions about stretching over an exercise ball.

Michael states that he doesn't think that this would be effective for riders as they should be stretching forward, not backwards. Elizabeth explains that both should be in effect as stretching forward stretches the hamstrings and erector spinae, while stretching backwards over an exercise ball stretches the psoas muscles which can become tight from riding or lack of stretching. Psoas muscles are often to blame for sore backs.

If you have any questions that you would like to ask Elizabeth as it relates to your riding aches and pains, please send me an email at deidre@ActionRiderTack.com and I'll make sure we answer your questions!
