    Seeing this clip makes me realise how lucky most of us are and how we take things for granted, and puts any problems or illfeeling that 'we' 'I' have into perspective.

      You 'Khosta' have been lucky in life whilst he has had to overcome many obstacles, this man does not need luck or pity. Respect and Admiration is what he should have from you.

      P.S If there is a God, he must be pretty fucked up to let such things happen and to give your mind the process to think that you are better than this man.

      I think Khosta is using broken English to convey sympathy for Wong. As far as "If there is a God...", my belief is that God allows things such as this to show us how we need to humble ourselves, and not take anything for granted, and for our compassion to show through.
      I pray that he will be able to have as many successful surgeries as needed to be able to live more normally. Shame on others for making fun.
