This is abstract waving not bboying
It's call abstract waving. Breaking is a different category. Popping would be if he hits, but all he is doing is waving, so he's an abstract waver. Locking and Popping are two different dance style.

Actually it is breakdancing because breakdancing includes three elements: Waving, Pop and Lock, and breakin. This video demonstrates the element of waving through the body. Hes got some skills at it too.
