I've always wanted one...
I remember this this wallet a long time ago, then again on one of those As Seen On TV type infomercials selling for $14.95. They added some pockets and places for your license and such, and dubbed it 'Magic Wallet'. Still available I think.

the key
to this trick is that the money does no move the money stays in place the only thing that does move is the straps that hold it down. you place the note on top of the straps but then you turn the wallet over upside down now when you open it the straps are on top of the money

.think of it this way take 2 peices of string and cross them and put a dollar on them now flip it over , the crossed strings are now on top. simple but clever concept
