A gust of wind, or the ball was pushing a few blades of grass that slowly bent down finally allowing the ball to roll back down the hill. Or the ball never did actually stop, it just rolled very slowly.

The ball had crazy spin on it as the golfer just gazed the ball. When the ball hit ground it landed in the rough and until the spun of the ball slowed it seemed to sit there. The camera man did not know this was coming. The camera man is automated and ran by a robot. That's how it can follow the balls through the air when you can't even see them in the air with the naked eye. 75% of the golf you see on TV ends up on the editing room floor.

Nice vid, but anyone who believes it's real is rather gullible. The ball was dead for nine seconds. Also, how did the cameraman know to continue filming a dead ball? Maybe because he knew it would come back to life.
