Thinking of joining an OPPORTUNITY? New to network marketing? Marketer got your attention? Do I have your attention? Evaluate your opportunity...
MLIFEMLM COM
Well you've just heard a pitch for a type of business that can make you "your own boss", "bring you financial freedom", or even "become and independent distributer", chances are it was from someone you know because your on their "warm" list.
This type of business is commonly referred to as multi-level marketing or MLM, although it may be called by other names, including network marketing, direct, or affiliate program. Why so many names? Because there are some schemes that get such a bad reputation, the "small businesses" change names to make them more attractive. Don't get me wrong there are some decent "opportunities" out there.
Within MLife MLM's "The Target Marketer", there is a whole chapter dedicated to evaluating your network marketing or MLM opportunity.
After listening to your "friends" speech about what they have to offer you, the feeling of empowerment and the idea of being more financially stable is blowing up your head like a balloon. There are many "MLM" programs out there that are under investigation or have several lawsuits against them from customers or even the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). This is because there are laws through out America that "pyramid schemes" are illegal. But not all of these multi level marketing opportunities fall under the same category. Keep in mind that the tips you receive to understand your multi-level marketing business are strongly recommended.

Hi friend!
I really like your posts here. I am from Norway, and I have spent the last ten years trying to get RICH! And in my search I have stumbled upon many good and some less good books about the subject get rich. One of my absolute favorites are “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill. He wrote that book in 1936-1938, just after the depression. And many of the things mentioned in that book are just as important today! In fact, a lot of what Hill wrote in that book has happened now! In 2008! Let me say it this way: the financial “crisis” that we see today can be read about in that old book. Its like “same S**t , new wrapping!”
Well if anybody out there would like a copy of that fantastic book, send me a mail and I give you a copy for free! The address is: bojuel3@live.no
Hope to hear from all of you soon!

What do you do for living?
Are you a college dropout? Mr. Kiyosaki must be proud.
You are a moron!!
Here is my take on the book by reading three pages:
The funny thing about his book is this.... It is a bad book and is horribly written. I guess education level of average readers went down since readers find this book useful even when obvious false statements are unavoidable. After reading just 3 pages, I found self contradicting statements by Robert Kiyosaki’s claims.
I could not bear myself to read the entire thing, so I picked a chapter (“mine your own business”…I believe) and read three pages. There, I found self contradicting statements. To make it easy to understand, let me put it in a simple example: He claims that he tried to get a loan from a bank, yet he could not put up enough net-worth, so he included depreciative goods such as golf clubs, art collection and etc. Obviously he was declined for a loan, which he puts the reason behind an accusation where bankers did not like the fact that he was making too much money off his apartment units. Right after, he accuses net-worth to be worth-less, as such measurement used by banks is unreasonable.
The funny thing starts here….
First, bankers are various groups of businessman. They will assess their risks based on information clients provide to them. Even when this is the case, people go bankrupt left and right based on economy or personal reasons, which they cannot avoid. That means, bankers need leverages and more is better to them. Leverage also comes into income. The funny thing is that Kiyosaki claims bankers asked him why he does not have a regular paying job. Kiyosaki claims this is one of the reasons why he did not get the loan. Well, here is my question to his statements. Why would bankers ask Mr. Kiyosaki for an evidence of income from a regular job when Mr. Kiyosaki himself stated that he was making good money from apartments? The truth is that if he has good profit level from those apartments, then bankers would not subject to his lack of regular income. Hmmm. That is funny isn’t it? He, Mr. Kiyosaki, himself just told us that he does not make much profit from his properties.
When it comes to net-worth, it is a leverage that bankers need so they can take in charge when clients are not making the regular payments. Net-worth is not used by banks to see how rich you are, but to see how they can be removed from potential risks. Mr. Kiyosaki thinks net-worth is used to measure wealth. If not, why would he even acknowledge the fact that it shouldn’t? It is simple; you have to acknowledge the existence of something to discredit it. He acknowledges the fact that net-worth is used to measure the wealth, though in reality, bankers do not do that. They measure you net-worth so that they can adjust their risks. In this case, they simply did not see any positive side.
Lastly, Mr. Kiyosaki tells his readers to stop putting money in depreciative goods such as… hmm I don’t know… golf clubs and art collections (art collection is a high risk, it is more like buying a lottery)? When Mr. Kiyosaki applied for a loan, he tells us that he listed his depreciative goods as net-worth. Hmm.., that just tells you. In actuality, he buys all those bad investments, but he doesn’t want the readers to do the same thing. He is telling his readers to do opposite of what he does. Well, isn’t this book about following him as an example?
