does this handglide needs a lot of strength in the arm part? especially the handwrist.. my handwrist hurts alot now after i tried balancing using the handglide method for several times.. can i know, u did any exercise to ur hands or what?

ofcourse... some upper hand strength would be very helpfull...biceps and triceps and especially wrist workout...for ure wrist try using a light weight by holding your arm straight out and flexing and extending just ure wrist...do it for both hands..and practice practice practice...!
