I can relate. I saw him when I was a kid, and he disappeared off stage and reappeared about two seconds later standing on a chair 3 rows behind us. No clue how he did it...we were in the balcony. There wasn't enough time for him to get up there on a wire. Maybe a double on stage but I figure the front row would catch that.
