Flyaway services: RRSat's Flyaway Division specializes in worldwide television broadcasting. For more than ten years now, RRSat’s Flyaway Division has broadcasted major events in all five continents. Whether it is breaking news, conventions, sport events or entertainment, our Flyaway Mobile System is proficient in accommodating your operational and broadcasting requirements and needs. RRSat's Flyaway Mobile System is a state-of-the-art control, monitoring and broadcasting system, and is Intelsat, Eutelsat, Panamsat, Asiasat, N.S.S. and other satellite operators compatible. Transmission services: News: RRSat provides DSNG services and news footage transmissions for national and international news networks such as Fox News, N.B.C., Sky, C.B.S, as well as for A.P. and Reuters news agencies. Sport: During the past few years RRSat provided T.V. broadcasting services of all major sport events in Israel, as well as some of the most important round-the-globe sport events, including Euro-league Final-Four and the Champions League. Entertainment & Conferences: RRSat is exceptionally experienced in broadcasting a large variety of entertainment events, such as the Eurovision Song Contest, live music concerts, and major worldwide conferences, such as the Microsoft convention, recently held in Israel. Production Services: RRSat provides producers, cameramen, soundmen and technicians, as well as equipment-on-demand, and an assortment of production capabilities. Global Experience: RRSat is experienced in live on-the-scene coverage of everything from elections to terror attacks and natural disasters. RRSat's capabilities of worldwide rapid deployment enabled it to provide live coverage of the terror attacks in London and Amman, elections in Israel and in the Palestinian Authority, natural disasters in Turkey and Thailand, and the first ever live broadcast in Dodoma, Tanzania. Technical Data: RRSat's Flyaway Mobile System is based on a 1.2 meter KU band dish with one or two simultaneous paths, utilizing TWTA Xicom 400w HPA and Scopus or N.D.S. encoders with 4:2:0 or 4:2:2 mpeg compression abilities. We also offer i.f.b., coordination facilities and a digital video mixer.
