I saw a bird use a piece of bread to fish, seeing a bird do this, and seeing them learn from eachother how to eat the poisonous toads by eating them from the underside shows they CAN learn from eachother. Now all they need to do is develope a solar powered "nut-cracker" where the bird can drop it in the top, and it's crushed between two barbed rollers and drops out the bottom. teach a handfull of them to use this device (just drop it in, it triggers, and eat. Then you can see how well others learn from these few. might cut down on "accidents".
