    It's nice to hear the commentary of what happened and interesting to think of the forethought of being the very first and olny VHS store in that area! Too bad that you have to loose money before the technology and people's homes catch up to reality of what will last long-term vs. what is a current fad. Hard to know when chasing a dream will really pay off one day when you can't make the rent!
