If your provider accept that
you can block Send ID in your phone settings, but in most countries its a pay service. In Latvia its doesnt work, but in Estonia (Tele2) its free.

*67 works on most cell phones, and in most of the new phones like the blackberrys you can set a menu setting to automatically block all your outgoing calls. I gave you 1 * cause thats all i needed for my phone
