inefecient! You need WAY more windings on the fan. Always put the windings on the outgoing side of the fan, you get better air flow. A fan that is sucking will only suck 14 psi. That's the ambient air pressure. Adding salt to your ice will make much colder. using it outside is just plain retarded.

You end up with a crappy looking fan that will not cool very well. A better idea is to save your money and buy a real air conditioner.
