    inefecient! You need WAY more windings on the fan. Always put the windings on the outgoing side of the fan, you get better air flow. A fan that is S**king will only S**k psi. That's the ambient air pressure. Adding salt to your ice will make much colder. using it outside is just plain retarded.

    You end up with a crappy looking fan that will not cool very well. A better idea is to save your money and buy a real air conditioner.
