  • Great Recipe

    I adjusted the recipe slightly - did not use capers, anchove paste, or wine - one night when my neighbor asked me if i could cook for her and her boyfriend (they are always cooking for me, so it was quid pro quo). They friggin loved it. He wolfed down a big big plate (about a quarter of what the recipe makes) in about 5 minutes flat, and so did I. She's a slow eater, but she managed to get the same amount down before the night was through. It was so incredible. Thank you so much for the terrific recipe.


    PS: showed my father the video, and told him my changes. I fear I'm going to become the designated pasta maker when I'm home on breaks.
