  • Thats not cooking

    the only thing u r doing is denaturalising the proteins of the egg cuz of the alcohol, thats why the egg changes colour. as the proteins denaturalise, its properties change; the colour, the shape... and proteins can denaturalise by changes in the pH, or too many heat, etc. I bet u didn't eat it!!!
