I went down to visit my family that were hit pretty hard by Hurricane Katrina. It cant be put into words to express how it feels to see the devastation. These are all photos I took while I was there, in one of the worse areas to be hit. If you notice in the background of one photo, you see a pink building on the other side of the "bridge." That was a casino. It is split entirely in half...

    Mississippi. Used to live there and party at the apartments, stairs leading to no-where pics. Knew a lot of the people that lived there on the beach. Their homes were twenty feet above the beach on a hill over-looking the Bay but, that didn't protect them. The yacht club was on those tall pileings,15 feet tall, gone now. The Ocean Springs Biloxi Bridge was about twenty feet above the Bay and you can see what happened to it. The Old Highway 90 bridge aka The Fishing Bridge next to it, is just gone, had a lot of good times there. I'll get back there but, it will be hard to see what has happened to a beautiful small town. To the people of my old high school, Go Greyhounds!

      The song is called Breathe Me, by Sia. Its available to download for free on multiple sites. And thank you, it took me awhile to think of the perfect song to me to bring out the emotion of the pictures
