    government has no right to confiscate anyone's property period. north carolina has a constitution as well that is not to be broken with bogus laws giving government the right to anyone's property. it's always the unpopular ones as well. whether it's the smokers, drinkers or gamblers. constitutions are supposed to protect the minorities. not majority opinions. this is a disgrace. no one was harmed during any of their gambling. they should have the right to gamble, especially on their own property, when they're harming absolutely no one. their actions are not illegal. the bogus law that states they can't have fun on their own property is illegal. what a disgrace.
