  of course it does, you just don't understand because there are all plus missing which makes it hard to read. try imaging plus signs where blanks are.
  If I multiply something with 10, thats like putting a 0 behind it, so 3*10 plus7 equals 37. The only form to write 37 with 2 variables is to write it in the form 3*10 plus 7.
  And by the way, stop flaming if you have no clue how it works.
