I think it's milk in the first glass, and it's very white, then in the big glass it looks like he had something in it because it doesn't look that white

I think there are some kind of cylinder inside those glasses, that make the volume@the top part is much larger than the lower part.

notice the powder at the bottom of each glass some sort of baking soda vinegar and milk mix :)

I realised after looking a few times the residue left in the very first glass.
I think its cornflour or a thickening agent similar to cornflour.

If you notice the colour consistancy from glass one to five you will dotice the white is getting duller and duller.
I think that its milk being tipped into water and maybe because milk is heavier than water it sinks to the bottom giving the impression that the glass was empty , but realistically the water is just rising to the surface
