Another way
You can also search in IE's cache for "get_video", but don't use Windows Explorer. I use Total Commander. Then feed it to a listbox and use TC's multi rename tool to give it a .flv extension. Search again and copy them all to another folder. Also get Metacafe videos by searching for *.flv
No need for all the typing and clicking...
