If you will look closer at exactely 18:24:25 you will see that the black car touched the white car from behind and pushes it to the wall. At that speed a small touch was enough for the disaster to happen. The black car could have used the break, and so the disaster would not be produced.

at that speed, it's hard to react quick enough. So it's easier for the fool in the white car to look in his mirror before turning out, instead of expecting a faster driving car in the left lane to break for him.

If you watch the tape from the beginning and in small stages, you will see the whit car is tailgating two cars with the black car quite far back(although traveling too fast)

The car in the slow lane speed is slower than the car coming from the back in the fast lane and it happened to be in his "blind spot" so they crashed.
I live in Germany now and I am surprise this kind of accident doesn't happen so often here since there is sometimes NO speeding limits. Its kinda fun to drive 160 km/h on the highway with the police driving next to you at the same speed :) ... meanwhile a guy from behind passes me while doing about 200km/h!

If you adjust you rmirrors correctly there is no blind spot. You should not be able to see the sides of your car in the side mirrors. you can see the same thing in the rear view.

With a combination of properly adjusted mirrors and shoulder check there is little or no blind spot. One must look twice in side view mirror to properly estimate the speed of the incoming car in the fast lane.

I do envy the ability to drive any speed on the highway, I can do it, however I am more likely to be given a fine the faster I go... so in some senses, it becomes more fun the faster I go ^.^

I think this is not fake as there is a car that stopped on the other side because of the crash and this is a fine detail that if someone is faking this wont bother to take care of, although I find it very strange that the black car didnt get hurt and didnt get out of the way!!
