Mingle Media TV was invited to come out and cover the World Poker Tour Foundation’s Playing for a Better World event at The Bazaar by José Andrés at the SLS Hotel on the Red Carpet. The core of WPT Foundation's fundraising will be a series of philanthropic poker events called WPT Playing for a Better World which kicked off on Sunday March 11, 2012.

This inaugural event brought together A-list celebrities and some of the biggest names in poker as they help raise money for WPT Foundation’s global charity partners. WPT Foundation guests at WPT Playing for a Better World enjoyed food prepared by world-renowned chef José Andrés and had the opportunity to learn poker from and test their poker skills against the world’s greatest players. The star-studded evening featured a round-robin style poker tournament, a one-of-a-kind raffle and exclusive auction items.
