i did this
i used 2 cups of milk with 2 tablespoons of vinegar, and it was too much vinegar, but it definitely works. it feels like cheese, and i'm going to do it again with less vinegar to see if it tastes like cheese. i saw a site that said 1/4 cup of vinegar per gallon of milk, so it should be 1 tablespoon of vinegar per 4 cups of milk if i did the calculations right. everybody try this out, there isn't too much to lose

WELL,IT ISN`T exacly cheese,but
In Bulgaria,we call it "izvara". To make it look like cheese,and a bit tastier,add a pinch of salt per glass of milk and leave it dry.Overnight or more for best results.
PS:Use lemon juice instead of vinegar if you would like.And ascorbic acid will do just fine(but it`s not as healthy).

  Sorry...I still have a few minor problems with my english - I ment citric acid,not ascorbic acid... but if uou used ascorbic acid once or twice - it isn`t that dangerous,but if you did use it every day-go see a doctor(hope you don`t have to <:/........... )
