You can drink
all you want and get drunk and that's OK!
But if you smoke a joint and get high it's wrong?
People get drunk and drive to get more beer and wreck and kill someone all the time!
How many people smoke a joint to get high and then drive?

that may be true where ever you are.
but in Australia the fines for "drugdriving" are almost double that of drink driving and youve got a while to be in jail for. Its actually very very common over here. but only in the Eastern states, not Centeral or West.
