STUPID VOICE OVERS
Now even the english do it :S. It's a Dutch ad and they should just put subtitles underneath it instead of making a voice over. It's also pretty old.

  if the advert is going to be shown on TV, they're going to dub it, if its only translated to englsih for the sake of going on the internet, subtitles will surfice.
  
  there's so many german adverts dubbed into english. all the air fresheners advets , kinder adverts, chuppa chups etc are al dubbed, usually pretty badly.
