i'v been impressed by you in the MMA.
but telling the normal population to use this kind of stuff could get them killed and it seems that is who the video is intended for.
as an ex bouncer i can tell you the use of a bottle or chair, ect, by anyone with any kind of training can get the charges on you and not the perp, it might save you but its not going to help much when your sitting in jail.

This is the best video for practical streetfighting here in metacafe. My advice though... As long as you can control, dont confront the bad guys. That is the best way. But if cannot, He is right, do it as a self defence. Never start an offensive attack. BTW, Aikido is still the best martial arts i know. Martial art of peace.

Theres one effective thing you missed out. A sleeper from the back, left knee on his back, right leg over his right leg, trip him. Your knee on his back, hurts alot i saved my butt a couple of times with this. Just make sure ur jaw doesnt hit his head when you fall forward.
