    Criminals have known how to do this for years. What?? You say. That's why you get searched and handcuffed behind you with key holes facing out. AND you can't get out of the back of the PC anyway. In cells you don't have cuffs on unless you have been very naughty, and if you got 'em off no big deal.
    Then when the Sherriff transports your ass, they use cuffs with chains to your waist and leg irons, and 2 people.
