Cool.
They're not half bad. Could use to learn how to launch off of one foot at a time, like a skipping sort of motion rather than both feet hitting at the same time. Helps u retain speed for Vaults. Like at 1:28 for instance. You should check out Parkour.tv, lots of good vids.
