    I'm 46 years old. 5'8" and weighed over 220. I lost 10 pounds and was diagnosed with diabetes 2. I decided to workout instead of taking meds, so I began your workout and dieting. I'm on week 4 and my sugar count is back to normal, I'm at 190 and counting and I don't have to take the meds. Is the workout hard...let's just say it's not for boys!
