    these are jsut some of the biggest hits in NRL and rugby dont judge our sport by this clip if you watched and played footy at a state representative lvl you would know taht theres alot more to it then jsut smaking into each other with no pads on they require speed and agility to step thru the defencive line and you need to be quick thinking cause you dont got time to stand around and think of wat plays and whos gonna receive the ball....
    if you watched a game youd actaully see how gracful it actaully is.

    I certainly have zero experience with Rugby and by just looking at this vidoe it looks like a very tough hard hitting sport. And wether ii is tougher than football is a difficult question to anwser, but I think that rugby perhaps is. My point would be that the (for me at least) attraction of football is not the toughest alone but is rather the beauty of the game. I will not describe the game or how great it is because either you undertand american football or you don't. I for one don't understand Rugby or even more so soccer or European football. So when i turn the channel from soccer to football it is not because "soccer S**ks " and "football rocks" but rather i have developed the ability to appreciate football, unlike soccer. Therefore I am the one that "S**ks " and not soccer. Hopefully one day I will be able to sit down and appreciate a game of rugby not only for its toughness but also for it beauty. That is just simple take on theese two sports.

      i love my rugby but league definantly has the harder hits, but i love rugby for the skill and fitness the players have so many rules to rugby and they still score tries!!!!! i F**king love it unlike american foot ball where there is really only one star(da quarter back) union and league everyones position is as important as the next!!!

      I also ahve played years of football as a nose gaurd and i prefer rugby because you dont have a 7.5 ft 400 lb black man sitting on you every 10 seconds, in my exp. as a prop i have not taken anyone over 250 lbs You decide what you prefer, rugby has a hell of alot more running though.
