      but if i was the guy choking her, as soon as i felt her pushing down and back id take a step back and slam her down by her neck. She could still kick my ass but the bad thing about these video self defence things is that the actuall attack will vary and you probably wont be thinking straight.

    real martial arts of any kind that expects to teach a smaller person to defeat a larger opponent has to use the science of leverage and body dynamics not a bunch of pulling and yankin and attackers that are'nt smiling
