    pull-ups are at the gym = biceps and back,,, push ups = chest and triceps,, leg rais for six pack,,,we can do that at the gym, dont expect me to go look for a getto so i can do those things u do,, plus there was only one riped guy on that video,, ursus was big too and there were no gyms back then,, i knew those excercises when I was 7, dont expect a Nobel award for this "discovery",,,,,
