About a year ago we had a cardboard boat race at my house. Each team got 2 washer boxes, one microwave box, one roll of duck tape, 100 ft of nylong rope, and a 10' x 12' heavy duty plastic tarp. For waterproofing purposes. Each team chose a passenger and formed a pull team to pull them across. The winner would get something special. We didn't tell them what it was until they won. Basically the winning team would get their boat and rider towed back across the pond by my ATV. wouldn't you know the winning rider was none other than my brother. lol. Fun? yes, Funny? YES, Safe? well....you be the judge....
