      Well, silvaz, you may blame George Bush if you wish to deny yourself of the reality that the storm was beyond the power of any single man or government to deal with the aftermath. The loss of property and life in New Orleans was primarily due to the inaction of officials of the City of New Orleans and the State of Louisiana.

          I live here, I lived through Katrina and Rita, the local officials did all they could. Bush did nothing but talk. Don't comment on what you don't know about. I lived through it.
