    respect, durring the over head stab, right at the throw part, the defender lets go the live knife hand to complete the throw. Is this wise? Someone explain please-

    • Knife hand

      Well, I find it the best way to do this technique :-) Observe that I use my arm to ward off the knife hand during the throw. Others grab the knife hand, but in this technique I find such a grab unsure, almost awkward. Still, other techniques are probably safer against knife attacks.
