After 20 minute underwater chase I was able to entangle this stingray in childs net. Its probably a lot smaller that the one that killed croc hunter but it had sting that got it entangled

    man that thing is tiny...the one irwin go stung buy was feakin huge compared to that....those kindo rays are deadly anyway....thats why they called stingrays... u aint supposed to go swimming in sum parts of northern australia because of the stingrays, iricangi, n box jellies....tiny as fish that so much more deadly than a great white

    actully not that dangerous, but can give a painful sting. I think steve was very unlucky, possibly the only person in the world to be actully killed by one.

    • Within one week

      an elderly gentleman fishing in a small boat with his grand daughter accidently caught a stingray and got stung as he was trying to get it off the hook.. he managed to get back to shore and get help.. the ray had pierced his heart very similar to steve's injury. He surviced the incident.

    Trust me small or big these suckers hurt! I stepped on one just a little smaller when looking for conch shells at the coast one summer and it laid me up at the hospital for 3 days with a swollen ankle and foot!
