    Both not to be in anyway described as a sport more or less they're both a part of what defines a country's culture, although both of them are harsh to the animal, however, bull fighting is much more cruel, yet none of them is a sport, the risk of death is very high in both cases, which is quite stupid, risk dying for your country thats smart, but for a bull now thats a waste of time

      You obviously have never seen a live bull ride. These animals are treated very well. They are the bacon and eggs on the plates of all these cowboys. I don't see where anything there was harsh either. Looked like those cowboys were being helped out of the ring not the bull. That bull is now retired on a farm with a field full of cows to pick from. Look at that bull and tell me he is mistreated. And American or not it sure beats watching cricket.
