Nice
This is a nice alternative for someone starting up I agree, but for someone already in the field (desktop publishing), the standard is Adobe, and Corel and has always been... You can't bring a Gimp formated file to a printer and ask them to edit it for example... But yeah, if you're concerned about piracy and don't want to pay hundreds (if not thousands) of $ on the full Adobe suite, then yes... good alternative. Thanks for the post!
