300 Spartan Training Workout. Home Version 6. This is my home version Spartan training that anyone can perform from home. The rules are simple. Perform the exercise shown in any order. Perform 15 reps for each one. Perform 2 sets per exercise. Complete a total of 300 reps combined. No Prisoners. No MERCY.

      The main thing for girls to build nice abs is to have a high calorie burning workout forthe excercise that they want to do. I recommend pilate type excercises for abs, with high reps and high sets. They're meant to be done fast so that you build up a sweat and burn more calories, creating more toned muscles instead of big muscles.

      and push-ups work triceps, chest, and shoulders... not biceps

      and you dont have to worry about building really big muscles either since girls dont have the same amount of natural testosterone as guys. and if you are one of those genetic anomalys that builds big muscle ease back a lil bit. results arent permanent but have to be maintained

    he no offense but your routine has some holes in it, you need a good back exercise (that's why you've got no lats) you're overworking your arms (they look too large for your body), you need some incline pushups for your upper chest, and also shrugs for shoulders... you gotta lot of work to do

    The routine is not bad, but I htink that there wasn't enough emphasis placed on certain muscle groups. Deltoids only had one excercise devoted to it, and traps did have any. Seemes more like the workout was designed to build a stronger torso-- chest, abs, lats, quads.

      you shouldnt try these exercises you should ween yourself on like do about 10 pushups a day and strech for a bit and jump rope and it'll get u prepared for this the only thing i cant do is the restraining thing

      Being physically active period is healthier than doing nothing. Lifting weights increases the heart rate and more muscle means more calories burned per day. Besides doing outdoor activities during the winter isn't always possible...or fun!

      really you cant even compaire the two, outdoor sports is more cardio, were as this is strength training, and some people are like me and cant get out much for sports or anything because of breathing problems when outdoors or heat rash, so this is actually pretty ideal for me and has inspired me to get in shape and stop being so lazy! :D
