      The name of the song is, "Over the Rainbow". The artist's name is Israel Kamakawiwo'ole. He was a from Hawaii, and released 5 albums between 1990 and 2000 before he passed away at an early age.

      IZ or Israel Kamakawiwo'ole titled this song 'Over the Rainbow' because 95% of it is 'over the rainbow lyrics'. He does add a little of 'what a wonderful world' lyrics in the song. The commercial apparently used that small portion of it because obviously it matches the theme of the commercial.
      The CD is "Alone in IZ world" and the song is "Over the Rainbow".

      i don't know how it is in the states or canada but around these parts (like norway here) the lotto is run by the state or as good as. so you can just IMAGINE the blowback that would come from a commercial like the one you and i were just describing,... the state putting up a commercial for wacking rude nurses! (or whoever....)

      i knew i should have saud that better. i meant Norway like in the clip there. I live in Finland. In the archipelego. although i'm officially on an island, it's the last one conncted to the mainland with a bridge. after this it's all ferrys, private boats, and connecting ships.
