Very easy to make... you need a balloon and a plastic bottle... after you are done... you just need to load it with beans or little pebbles ;)

    Just get a rubber band put it over your fingers Like a sling shot and then get a small pebble or something of that nature.Draw it back and i can tell you it hits like a bb bullet.You will be sure to loose an eye or someone elses.Enjoy.
